Wisdom 7

²⁶For she is the radiance of the eternal light,
the spotless reflector of the activity of God,
the image of his goodness. ²⁷Being one she is capable of all things,
While remaining the same herself, she renews all things,
and generation to generation she takes up residence with devout souls,
preparing friends of God and prophets. ²⁸For God loves nothing so much as someone living with wisdom. ²⁹For she is more beautiful than the sun and above every constellation of stars. ³⁰For the one turns in succession into night,
but evil does not dominate [or prevail over] wisdom.
