Reversing Aging?
This is a bit off-track for this blog, in which I normally deal with technical issues that might impact small business. But I couldn’t resist commenting this article, explaining that a Harvard team has managed to reverse aging in mice. Note that I don’t use the word “successful” here. The price (in humans)? Increased risk of cancer. By orders of magnitude.
I’m still excited by the possibilities, but as always, we must remember that there are many elements to any process or solution. The single potion that changes everything of science fiction fame is not very likely in the real world.
Not to mention the ethical issues involved!
(Note: I’m testing Zemanta with this post.)
