Repairing my eneTIFFBitmap Class

Ref: A TGraphic Descendant for TIFFs

I seem to have left a file out of the projects for this, though I know of a few people who have used it, and I can’t figure out just how. It’s possible that in moving files from one server to another I uploaded older zip files and thus broke it. In any case, I have now added tiff.lib to both zip files so the whole thing should compile and run with C++ Builder 6.

It has been a couple of years since I worked on this one, but I’ll be glad to talk via e-mail if you find something useful in it.
